Raise money for your car club. 

Use Roomrods.com as a fundraiser.  Promote the product during your meetings, in your newsletter or on your website.  Start a campaign and assign a chairperson.  Set a clear start date.  Have a set deadline for when your members need to have their photos submitted.  Most clubs set a one month deadline for photo submissions.  Contact us at info@roomrods.com informing us of your intention to hold a fundraiser. Let Room Rods know the start and end date of your campaign.  Have all members digital photos submitted with product selected to the chairperson by the deadline.  Have the chairperson contact us through email or the supplied phone number to let us know the campaign has ended and you are ready to submit all of the photos.  We will send you an order form and instructions on how to send the photos to us for processing.  Do not submit photos through the website. That’s it, pretty simple!

Here is how it works.  You will charge your members the posted retail prices from the website. The club will earn $5.00 from each sale.  You will collect all payments from your members fill out the supplied order form and submit the photos to Roomrods.com for processing.  The club pricing will be $5.00 less than the retail price.  There must be a minimum of 15 orders to qualify. 

Here is an example: 

        Your club has 100 members.  You hold a campaign and 75 members purchase a $50 room rod.  (For simplicity we will assume they all order the same product).  The clubs campaign chairperson will collect payment from the members totaling $3750.  The chairperson will submit the order to Room rods and the charge to the club will be 75 x 45 = $3375.  Profit for the club = $375.

Does your club promote or sponsor car shows or cruises.  If so you can use this program to earn even more money.  It works the same way.  Organize a campaign and sign up customers and collect their digital images.  Contact Room rods and we will instruct you on the next steps.

Now, imagine if you host a car show that attracts 500 entries.  You organize your campaign and get 200 orders.  200 x $5 = $1000 to the club.
